Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) adjoint(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe de restauration et service après sinistre.
**Responsabilités et missions**
Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Faire des suivis des échéanciers
- Envoyer et recevoir des fax et courriels
- Garder les clients à jour avec leur dossier
- Répondre au téléphone et prendre les informations détaillés et nécessaires à la qualification du client
- Répondre aux courriels
- Accueillir les clients entrant à notre salle de montre
- Mettre à jour les personnes autorisées jour les achats avec nos fournisseurs
**Qualifications et compétences**
Qualifications:
- Expérience de 2 ans en tant que secrétaire ou adjointe administrative dans le domaine de la construction ou en rénovation
- Capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Capacité de travailler sous pression
- Bonnes aptitudes en communication
- Être minutieux, soucis de détail
- Attitude et apparence professionnel
- Autonome, enthousiaste et initiative
- Connaissance en Windows et Microsoft
Requise:
- Bilinguisme (français, anglais)
- Compétences de logiciels - MS office suite, Xactimate et XactAnalysis

Rémunération : 18,00$ à 24,00$ par heure
