**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage financial documents and ensure all records are organized.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
- Proofread financial documents for accuracy before submission.
- Handles payroll using QuickBooks/profile.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Administrative experience is a plus, particularly in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Ability to work independently.
