Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant/receptionist is responsible for providing efficient and quality admin. assistant services in regard to, but not limited to, shipping and receiving assistance, modem management, booking appointment, inventory management, receptionist and other various admin duties as assigned, including some physical demanding tasks.
**General Responsibility** **:**
- Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
- Pick up, return, exchange and ship heavy modem in daily task.
- Sort and repack returned heavy devices while maintaining the inventory.
- Greet and serve clients, direct customer to appropriate personnel and/or meeting room when needed
- Provide consistent, visible, timely, and effective communication with customer
- Professionally answer phone and distribute mail to appropriate personnel
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms
- Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Skill and Requirement**:
- Business Diploma (or equivalent)
- Admin. assistant or Reception experience or equivalent experience is required
- Shipping and receiving experience is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and appropriately with various customers and also staff at all levels in the organization
- Proficiency in customer focus and strong customer service mindset
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Being able to perform some physical demanding assignments
Must be able to work one day on weekend.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
