Position: Office Administrator
Permanent Part
- Time Position
- 25 hours weekly
The Gathering Place is looking for a flexible, motivated and experienced individual to join our team. Working with the Executive Director and Operation Manager, you will assist to ensure the daily operations of the Gathering Place run efficiently.
**Job Duties Include**:
- Preparing and filing bi-weekly payroll
- Maintaining employee files
- Weekly inventory ordering
- Filing of accounts payable/receivable
- Other duties may be assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Two year post secondary diploma in office administration is preferred. Similar education or experience will be considered
- Working knowledge of non
- for profits is an asset
- A vulnerable sector check within the last 3 months, or proof you have applied for one
- A class G license is an asset
**Wage/Salary**:
Competitive wage to be determined based on education and experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 25 per week
