**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Develop marketing plans to increase customer base and revenue.
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and profits.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
