**Job Summary**

**Salary**:

- ($3,120 monthly for the first 3 months) — Semi-monthly pay: $1,560.
- ($3,280 monthly) — Semi-monthly pay: $1,640.
- Additional 4% Vacation pay - distributed per pay period after the first 3 months.
- Additional Tips - distributed daily

**Benefits**:

- 2 complimentary meals for 8-hour shifts (during break & end of shift)
- 1-2 staff parties per year with prizes/cash gifts.

**Schedule**:

- Shift 5 days a week: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (30 min break) = 40h/ week
- First 3 months Training Schedule may differ

**Position 1: Curry and Appetizer Station Only **(NO Wok skills required for this position)
- Prepare and cook menu items at the Curry and Appetizer Station.
- Ensure all food meets quality standards, proper portioning and is prepared promptly
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting vegetables, making spring rolls, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in inventory management.

**Position 2: Rotating Shift (Wok, Curry & Appetizer Stations, Assist) **(Wok Skills preferred)
- Rotate between Wok, Curry & Appetizer Stations as per schedule.
- Weekend duties include assisting the main line cook team in other kitchen tasks.
- Ensure all food meets quality standards, proper portioning and is prepared promptly
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Perform food preparation tasks, including cutting vegetables and making spring rolls.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Asian / Thai food preparation techniques and Wok skill prefer
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Food Safe Level 1 required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
