**FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER FOR OPENING OF NEW RESTAURANT**
We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new restaurant and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful launch and ongoing operations of this exciting venture. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, maintaining high standards of service, and maximizing profitability.
**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Leadership and Team Management**:
a) Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest quality standards.
b) Create a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among employees.
**2.** **Operations Management**:
a) Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
b) Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a timely and adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
c) Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
**3.** **Guest Experience and Service Excellence**:
a) Ensure that guests are provided with a memorable dining experience by maintaining impeccable service standards.
b) Respond promptly and courteously to guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
**4.** **Financial Performance**:
a) Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
b) Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and take appropriate actions to achieve financial objectives.
**5.** **Menu Development and Innovation**:
a) Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine an enticing and innovative menu that aligns with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
**6.** **Marketing and Promotion**:
a) Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
**7.** **Compliance and Regulations**:
a) Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and labor regulations.
b) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a high-volume and upscale dining establishment.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and cost-control techniques.
- A track record of delivering excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Creative mindset to contribute to menu development and restaurant innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even in high-pressure situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
