Server

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, delivering food promptly, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.

**Pay**:

- $17.40/h for first 160hour (1 month)
- $18.00/hour, 5 days a week (Full-Time) or 2-4 days a week (Part-Time).
- Additional vacation pay - distributed per pay period after the first 3 months.
- Additional tips distributed daily

**Benefits**:

- 1 complimentary meal per 4-hour shift; 2 meals for 8-hour shifts.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-Time : 12:00pm - 9:00pm (30 min break) - 5 days a week
- Part-Time: 5:00pm - 9:00pm (4h) - 2-4 days a week
- Part-Time: 12:00pm - 5:00PM (5h) - 2 -4 days a week
- First 3 months training hour may differ

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Memorize the menu and be able to explain menu items to customers
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Perform end-of-day duties (sales closure, cleaning)
- Maintain inventory such as cleaning supplies, office supplies, and takeout utensils.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry preferred
- Proficient in cash handling, basic math, and cashiering
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus (GIVEX)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and help out where needed
- Food Safe Level 1 & Serving It Right required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
