**Customer Service Representative - Permanent**

**What You Will Be Doing, as an Customer Service Representative**:

- Order Entry and Order Checking of Purchase Orders
- Provide a positive customer service experience and foster relationships with customers
- Develop quotations based on customer input.
- Collaborate with production on rush requests and RMA requirements.
- Handle customer warranty claims and enter in necessary replacements Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience with office furniture is preferred.

**What You Should Have, as an Customer Service Representative**:

- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills. A friendly demeanor is important.
- Must be comfortable with computers and software in general.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must have very good attention to detail as that is required for both order entry and order checking processes.

**In Return, You Will Receive**:

- $45,000-$55,000 based on experience
- Work Location: Can be full time in office or hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office). Hybrid is only available if they are fully trained and independent in the position.
- Parking available on site.
