**Customer Service Representative**

The **Customer Service Representative **will report directly to the Manager of Customer Service. As a member of the customer care team, you'll be delivering front line call centre support to our customers, helping to address a wide variety of issues such as Tarion and PDI inspections, trades and service appointments and operational service requests.

**Customer Service Representative’s Responsibilities Include**:

- Scheduling all trades and service appointments for our purchaser’s PDI and other appointments to ensure completion of warranty work within Tarion timelines;
- Fax out all PDI and 30 day trade work orders
- Signoff on all completed work orders from the trades and servicemen;
- Follow-up with the homeowner for completions for service requests and other customer care matters;
- Create CCP’s - Certificate of Completion and Possession and Warranty Certificate (CCP/WC) for each Lot at your allocated site
- Answer all incoming calls and correspondence and arrange for appropriate replies. If necessary you will co-ordinate efforts with other departments;
- Maintain customer care calendars for your Manager and others as required;
- Co-ordinate and advise construction with all PDI inspection dates;
- Such other duties and tasks that may be assigned to you by your Manager and other Management members from time to time
- Track the completion of deficiencies and produce necessary reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience as a Customer Service Rep in Low Rise Residential
- Strong Knowledge of Tarion Warranty
- Experience in ordering, scheduling, and quality control for residential new home construction
- Knowledge of MS Office, Ontario Builders Code.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

COVID-19 considerations:
Office working on rotating schedules during COVID lockdowns. As an Essential service provider, all staff expected to wear proper PPE during office hours with social distancing in effect. Virtual meetings conducted with all external parties.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 3 years (preferred)
- Low rise Home builder: 3 years (preferred)
