**Receptionist Duties**
- Contributing to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive attitude.
- Answering all incoming phone calls promptly and in a friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate representative. Greeting customers as they enter for sales and service, showing them to the appropriate representative, offering them Wi-Fi service while waiting in the showroom.
- Performing customer service follow-up calls to ensure all the client’s needs are addressed.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area and customer waiting area.
- Support the different departments in the dealership by performing administrative tasks such as but not limited too:
- Collecting accounts receivable payments and issuing receipts. Accounts receivable filing.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts for parts and service invoices, close Repair Orders in the dealerships DMS.
- Complete and submit vehicle licensing to Service Ontario.
- Maintain “Garage Register” in good standing for all used vehicles transferred into dealership inventory.
- Upload daily electronic service documentation to each client’s vehicle file.
- Scan files for the sales, service department as required.
**BDC Duties**
- Facilitate online conversations with customers to determine their needs, respond to queries, and set up appointments for further dialogue with appropriate dealer staff.
- Performing follow-up calls to potential sales clients based on current marketing campaigns. Ensuring potential clients are aware of any current or upcoming promotions and referring them to sales associates for future appointments.
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals for appointment penetration and lead response time.
**Qualifications**:
- Being the face and voice of our dealership to the customer, the receptionist must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the dealership
- **OMVIC licensed or to be licensed within 30 days of accepting the position**.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Two years Reception and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft© Word and Excel is compulsory and will be confirmed with a test.
- Experience with appointment management
- Social media and computer savvy. Keeps current with changes in all social platforms
- A passion for automobiles with well developed knowledge of product and industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Impeccable English grammar and spelling skills are required
- Strong organizational skills and detail focused
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Confident, positive and energetic
**Salary**: From $41,600.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Front desk: 2 years (required)
