Kingston Dodge is looking for a full-time **Receptionist** to join our team. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have a great opportunity for you.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Competent in capability to learn other business-required software with ease
- Previous Administrative/Receptionist experience required
- Office Administration certificate preferred
- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties include greeting and directing customers in a professional and positive manner
- Answering, screening, and re-directing phone calls appropriately
- Receiving deposits and receipting payments & refunds
- Assisting with various inventory-related tasks
- Creating and monitoring various Excel documents
- Tracking licensing/ensuring it is completed in a timely manner
- Participate in dealer trades; prepare incoming & outgoing packages and collect receipts/payments
- Other duties as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
