Vogel LLP is a leading boutique law firm located in South Calgary, and we are currently seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join our team. The Office Services Coordinator is a key player in our team and a valuable resource keeping the office organized and supported each day.

**Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:
- Provide support to all staff by way of receiving and completing small and large-scale printing jobs, scanning, faxing, photocopying, cerloxing and binding of documents and storage of same.
- Provide daily reception relief and backup.
- Managing and ordering office and kitchen supplies.
- Preparing workstations for new hires.
- Ordering catering and providing hosting assistance for client meetings and team events, setting up and taking down.
- Up-keep of the premises: boardroom set-ups, furniture arrangements, catering, and clean-up.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Process regular and registered mail, including mail sorting and internal mail delivery.
- Request service for building maintenance through the online portal system.
- Coordinate with vendors, building maintenance and representatives.
- Other duties, projects, or administrative support for all firm members as needed and required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office services, print shop, or courier experience considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a law firm environment considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Knowledge of phone and in-house communication systems.
- Must possess high-level customer service skills and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
