Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to supervise and coordinate various office functions. The Office Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining office procedures, managing vendor relationships, and supporting human resources activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management activities
  • Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and employee record keeping
  • Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and training sessions
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency
  • Maintain a professional environment by practicing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Skills

  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
