The Eight Branches Teaching Clinic is offering an exciting opportunity at the forefront of healthcare and education for a dedicated and proactive Administrator with superior customer service skills.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Customer Experience**
- Welcome every visitor with a professional appearance.
- Keep communication friendly, helpful, and focused on solutions.
- Manage the daily schedule and make sure patients move smoothly through the clinic.
- Answer phone calls and help with member relations.
- Explain the clinic’s services clearly to visitors.
**- Daily Operations**
- Schedule appointments
- Help new members sign up by providing forms and ensuring they’re completed.
- Call potential leads daily from marketing efforts.
- Send appointment reminders and manage payment deadlines.
- Work with consultants on bookings, follow-ups, and invoicing.
- Make sure there’s enough linen available for the clinic.
- Take out garbage, recycling, and compost at the end of each shift.
- Ensure that linen inventory is sufficient for each clinic
**- Clinic Support**
- Prepare and keep patient charts organized, including filing results and correspondence.
- Share patient information with other doctors while protecting confidentiality.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Make sure all treatment rooms are clean and maintain a pleasant environment at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
