Company Description

Heal Space is a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic located in Toronto's west end, dedicated to providing community-centered care for over 3.5 years. Our integrated team of experts, including sports medicine doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, RMTs, and osteopaths, collaborates under one roof to deliver personalized, outcome-driven care. Co-founded by Dr. Ricky Singh, a former team chiropractor for Athletics Canada's Olympic Track & Field Team, and Dr. Kameron Bazmi, a Physiatrist and Sports Medicine Physician, Heal Space excels in treating a diverse range of patients, from Olympians to active individuals.

Role Description

We are seeking a part-time, on-site Clinic Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment and supporting both patients and practitioners. The Clinic Administrator will oversee daily operations and clinic upkeep, ensuring seamless patient scheduling, maintaining medical records. The role includes fostering exceptional customer service experiences, coordinating team training programs, and supporting overall clinic efficiency.

Location:
Toronto, ON

Compensation:
$20/hour

Schedule:
Thursdays & Saturdays, 9am to 5pm (2 days/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Manage patient scheduling, intake forms, and payments
  • Maintain accurate medical and administrative records
  • Support clinic operations to ensure smooth day-to-day function
  • Assist with communication between practitioners and clients
  • Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture of Heal Space

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and patient care coordination
  • Experience managing Medical Records and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Experience with scheduling or EMR systems (JaneApp or Accuro experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with workflow optimization in a clinical medicine setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare, fitness, or wellness setting is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, kinesiology, or business (preferred but not required)
