MCI Physiotherapy clinics are patient focused physio and rehabilitation clinics, located within MCI The Doctor's Office. We currently have an opportunity for a Clinic Administrator who can share our core values of dignity, care, respect and teamwork to join our growing company. Working under the direction of the Physiotherapist/Clinic Manager, the responsibilities include:

- Booking/scheduling patients for physio, RMT, Chiropractor
- Answering phones
- Collecting payment
- Direct billing to insurance companies
- Communicating with insurance companies
- Preparing monthly and weekly reports for accounting
- Ordering clinic supplies
- Keeping track of MVA and WSIB billing and treatment plans
- Administration/reception experience in a physiotherapy clinic or medical facility
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Professionalism
- Strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills
- Works well with team of PTs, Massage therapists, kinesiologists, and medical team.
- Kinesiology or PTA background is preferred
- We require someone to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with the possibility of adding Saturdays._
