**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Transaction Management**: Process and manage all real estate transactions, including reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- **Documentation Handling**: Prepare, submit, and maintain transaction files, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and properly filed.
- **Communication**: Liaise with agents, clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to gather required information and resolve any issues related to transactions.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure all transactions adhere to the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (REBBA) and other relevant regulations.
- **System Management**: Utilize real estate software platforms (e.g., LoneWolf, BrokerBay) to manage and track transactions effectively.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on transaction statuses and other relevant metrics for management review.
- **Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed.(Indeed, Indeed, Wikipedia)

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate transaction processing or a similar administrative role.
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in real estate software platforms (e.g., LoneWolf, BrokerBay) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and team.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Knowledge of Regulations**: Familiarity with Ontario real estate laws and regulations, including REBBA, is an asset.(RE/MAX Excel Realty)

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
