Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
Top Real Estate Brokerage is looking for a Real Estate Deal Closing Administrator with Lonewolf deal closing experience. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, personable and have prior work experience within a real estate accounting department. They must be able to handle the day to day operations of real estate transactions including Commission Payables and Commission Receivables. This role involves frequent engagement with Realtors and Managers. Superior customer service skills are a must.
Deal Admin Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in Lonewolf software
- Experienced in Quickbooks is advantageous
- Team player - able to take direction
- Capable of completing month end closing procedures
- 1+ years minimum of recent experience in Real Estate Accounting procedures
- Exact when calculating agent commissions
- Confident in auditing and adjusting entries where required
- Attention to detail and capable of keeping discrete matters confidential.
- Meticulous in preparing managerial accounting reports
- Able to communicate effectively with managers and agents regarding deal inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace applications and email correspondence
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
