**Job Posting: Club Administrator**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Club Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the club. This is a multifaceted role responsible for managing financial, administrative, membership, and human resources tasks, while liaising with the Governing Board and Committee Chairs to ensure smooth club operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:

- Oversee accounts receivable (dues, moorage, rentals) and payable (purchase orders, payments, contracts).
- Maintain Point of Sale systems, handle cash balancing, and manage payroll.
- Liaise with the Treasurer on budgets and financial matters.
- Prepare hydro meter readings and billings.
- Manage insurance, petty cash, and equipment purchases.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage the club calendar, reservations, and event postings.
- Respond to membership, board, and committee inquiries.
- Maintain secure records, including member data, staff information, and club documents.
- Prepare materials for the Annual General Meeting and assist in event coordination.

**Membership**:

- Update membership database and yearbook records.
- Communicate with prospective members and handle member inquiries.

**Human Resources**:

- Supervise staff and schedule work hours.
- Perform staff evaluations and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Management & HR Committee.
- Assist with the hiring of seasonal staff and coordinate staff training as required.

**House & Grounds**:

- In partnership with the House & Grounds Committee Chair, oversee clubhouse and grounds security, maintenance, and repair needs.
- Act as the primary contact for repairs, cleaning, and emergency response coordination.

**Moorage & Facilities Management**:

- Maintain records of moorage assignments and vessel information.
- Coordinate with the Marine Facilities Chair for dock operations.
- Ensure safety protocols and insurance documentation are up to date.

**Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to plan and execute club events.
- Ensure necessary supplies and staffing are in place for events.

**Committee Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for committee chairs and board members.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and communications related to committees.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in club management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, record-keeping, and software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, members, and volunteers.

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
