Location: Duncan, BC (On-Site Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $28-32/hour (depending on experience) + comprehensive benefits package

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys supporting day-to-day operations across multiple businesses. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring administrative efficiency, accuracy, and smooth internal processes.
This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable handling a variety of administrative and bookkeeping-related tasks and who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice entry and basic maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Assist with job costing and tracking expenses
- Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
- Perform basic bank and account reconciliations; flag discrepancies for review
- Assist with government filings and documentation (GST, PST, WCB, source deductions)
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams
- Administration and maintenance of employee group benefits documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in an office administration, bookkeeping, or administrative support role
- Comfortable working with Sage 50
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
