**What You’ll be Doing**
- Responsible for training and setting up merchants with our online ordering platform and providing continued education/training throughout lifecycle
- Understand what our customers' needs are, and help them reach their desired outcome
- Assist in maintaining the ongoing success of online ordering and find creative solutions to help merchants increase usage and overall revenue from online orders
- Work with different integrations to help merchants make the most of their program
- Generate referrals and reviews and suggest premium upgrades based on merchant’s needs
**What You Bring**
- Minimal 3 years of experience providing exceptional customer service/technical support
- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and solutions in a simple and concise manner
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to build your own schedule and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick and effective resolutions
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive while thriving in an autonomous environment
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, patience, and high degree of emotional intelligence
- Eager to take on responsibilities throughout the entire department and willing to offer new ideas to change processes and products
- Eager to learn new skills and the ability to grow/develop off of feedback
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Google Workplace (Doc and Drive)
- Nice to have: CSS and HTML experience; previous experience with Clover, Toast or Square
