Order Fulfillment Specialist your primary on-the-job responsibilities include your ability to: -Pack wholesale master boxes -Prepare wholesale orders according to SOP -Organize and transfer orders to shipping providers at scheduled pick-up times -Transfer frozen meals from blast freezer to holding walk-in freezer for inventory -Assist retail manager with daily and monthly inventory counts -Assist production and packaging team with other duties, including preparing sample-sized meals, as needed and when properly trained to perform

Your secondary and graduated responsibilities as an Order Fulfillment Specialist include, but are not limited to, your ability to: -Review online direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders in Shopify to determine method of customer receipt -Prepare all documents for shipping orders based on standard operating procedure (SOP) -Pack items in DTC thermal boxes based on SOP -Prepare courier labels using Shipstation and other fulfillment tools -Other retail duties as properly trained to perform and assigned by management Professional Expectations: -Attention to detail for all steps of SOP -Accuracy with order fulfillment to ensure packed items reflect ordered items and quantity -Accuracy with shipping label information -Accuracy with weighing shipping boxes -Bring to managers attention any discrepancy or unusual items needing clarification for accuracy -Arrive on time to start shift at designated time -Flexibility to work additional shifts or modified days/hours -Commitment to work scheduled weekend shifts -Safely use all equipment, and report any deficiencies to management immediately -Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures -Organizational skills and the ability to be organized in a changing environment -Adhere to all workplace policies -Immediately communicate any customer or team member issues to management for resolution -Eagerness to learn about companion animal nutrition and the business practices of Company

Essential Physical Requirements: Daily physical requirements on the job, you must have the ability to: -Repeatedly move in and out of a walk-in freezer during a shift -Handle frozen food packages with proper hand protection -Repeatedly pick up holding bins of frozen food and master wholesale boxes that can weigh up to 50lbs each and stacked above waist height -Unload frozen meals from trays on rolling racks that will require reaching above shoulder height to retrieve trays with approximately 20lbs of frozen food -Stand, bend and move for the majority of your scheduled shift

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
