- As a Contact to Order Specialist you will be required to read, interpret and enter contracts into Equifax new Global Financial System. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely billings in order to optimize Customer Satisfaction. The Contract to Order Specialist position is responsible for _
- communicating and coordinating with several other key business units, such as; Billing Operations, Account Boarding, Sales Operations and Legal, in addition to working within the Contract to Order Team. Individuals must be well organized, self-motivated and able to multitask. _
- As part of the Contract to Order Team, you will have a direct impact on the timing of our financial results and directly contribute to the company and Net Promoter Score. The Contract to Order Team is accountable for all contract implementations through our billing system, annual price increases, product creation and testing. _

**What you’ll do**:

- Contract entries:

- Contract analysis and interpretation: ensuring contract elements are implemented in
C2O (acct hierarchy, effective dates, prices, charges offers )
- Audit the various types of customer contracts entered in the new global system
- Additional responsibilities:

- Handle Salesforce and Finance portal queues within SLA
- Monitor and handle suspended transactions
- Recommend resolutions and/or process improvements based on trends
- Special projects as assigned

**What experience you need**
- 3+ years of Billing, Pricing, Accounting or relevant experience in the financial industry
- Communication skills (presenting ideas and information concisely, clearly and persuasively, both orally and written)
- Ability to Multitask, is results oriented, problem solving, creative, Self-motivated, team player, good sense of time management
- Proficient in Excel
- Bachelor's degree
