Bureau Veritas is looking for an Human Resources Coordinator

**As a Human Resources Coordinator, your responsibilities related are**:

- HR and HRIS Administration_
- Ensure all employee records are up to date in SuccessFactors
- Create offer letters and employment contracts when needed using applicable templates
- Generate employment verification letters
- Draft employee letters for status changes, promotions, etc. as needed
- Maintain HR trackers and ensure accuracy of data
- Work closely with Payroll to ensure all HR updates are timely and correct
- Personnel Files Management_
- Maintain electronic and physical employee records and HR files
- Effectively manage PeopleDoc filing system
- Enter and track training records
- Employee Experience_
- Facilitate new hire onboarding: welcome communication, first day arrangements, new hire orientation etc.
- Conduct 45-Day check-ins, communicate feedback with the hiring managers and escalate issues as needed
- Benefits Administration _
- Administer enrollments and changes for all benefits plans
- Be the primary point of contact for benefits and RRSP administration
- Other Duties_
- Be an active advocate for employee engagement activities
- Manage building access and employee lockers
- Adhere to Company’s safety policies and procedures
- Maintain employee communication systems that will ensure accurate and timely information is provided within specific locations.
- Work in conjunction with the HRBP to develop and implement training and development initiatives;
- Coordinate both internal and external training programs.
- Processes various Human Resources related transactions utilizing multiple systems and according to established process and procedural manuals ensuring complete accuracy of data entered by working closely with HR Generalist and HRB
- Participates in enterprise wide HR Projects
- Support Talent Acquisition and client groups for hiring decisions
- Other tasks and duties as assigned

**You are an ideal Human Resources Coordinator if you are**:

- Completion of Human Resources Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years experience in a data entry/office administration/support role
- Previous experience working with an HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors
- High proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of applicable provincial and federal legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential material in a professional manner
- Open and inclusive mindset and a willingness to work in a team dynamic
- Pro-active responsiveness to employee inquiries is require
