- Responsible for reporting work to management (Leader, PO).
- Analysis of needs, business strategy of each project.
- Analyze business requirements, draw diagrams and propose optimal solutions for projects to achieve business goals.
- Understanding the needs and business strategies of each project and proposing development plans in each phase.
- Use IT terminology to analyze project requirements.
- Coordinate with IT department to build the project’s data structure and functional diagram.
- Coordinate with QA/QC department to ensure the output quality of the project is in accordance with the original specification.

**Mandatory**:

- Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident.
- Legally allowed to work according to the relevant provincial and Canadian legislation and regulations

**Skills & Experiences**:

- 2+ years of experience in the positions of Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Systems Analyst
- 2+ years of experience in requirements analysis for medium and large scale software projects.
- Understand professional knowledge, specialized words, specialized English.
- Understand the concept as well as how to build common types of documents such as: BRD (Business requirement document), SRS (Sofware/System requirement document Specifications), FRS (Functional requirement document Specifications).
- Understand the concept as well as how to build popular types of diagrams such as: Product roadmap, Organizational charts, BFD (Business function diagram), DFD (Data flow diagram), Entity-relationship diagram, Process flow diagram.
- Good presentation and document writing skills.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Good analytical thinking.
- High ability to concentrate when working under pressure.
- Careful, high responsibility Read and understand English documents Experience in the financial (Forex, BO) is an advantage
- Experience working under Agile/Scrum model is an advantage
- Knowing how to use GIT, Redmine is an advantage

**Requirements**:

- Experience with the administration of trading platforms such as Metatrader 4/5, TradingView, other Trading Flatform
- Post-secondary education in accounting/finance or related
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Have knowledge of financial market such as Crypto, Forex, Stock and Commodities
- Experience with communication with the liquidity and technical providers
- Bilingual: Vietnamese or Spanish and English
- Have knowledge of payment gateway
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office 365+
- Valid class 5 Driver’s license
- Have your own vehicle
- Relevant education and certifications an asset
- Have strong network within communities
