Our mission is to build structures that not only meet our clients’ needs but also inspire with innovative design and meticulous attention to detail. **Position 1: General Contractor/Skilled Tradesmen ($32-$35/hour)** **Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including framing, flooring, and finishes. - Ensure projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards. - Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth execution. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. - Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing concerns. - Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive environment. **Required Qualifications**: - **Certified General Contractor** with **at least 1 year of experience**. - Proven experience in **framing, flooring, and finishes** for both residential and commercial projects. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. - **Reliable working vehicle** and valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel to job sites across the **Greater Toronto Area & Durham Region**. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. **Position 2: Apprentice ($20 - $22/hour)** **Position Overview**: We are also looking for a motivated **Apprentice** to join our team and grow alongside us.
