Kintel General Contractors is looking for a motivated and passionate Construction Supervisor.

A self motivated individual who loves to build all types of construction projects.

Must have a minimum of 6 years Commercial Construction Experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Working under operations managers and project managers

Ability to foresee project requirements and implement proactive planning.

Ability to use and knowledge of Computer programs.

Able to read shop drawings.

Lead team of on site personnel.

Plan, organize, assign and contribute to work to be done by crews and monitor quality and safety

Co-ordinate and schedule sub trades

Purchase and receive materials

Material take offs

Read plans

Knowledge of carpentry an asset

Knowledge of building codes and safety standards is a requirement

Other tasks as required

Criminal record check

Minimum 6 Years Construction Experience Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Start Mid March.
