**We are expanding into the GTA market and we are looking for someone who can grow with us long term and also grow their crew as we expand. Someone who can focus on the installations/repair/maintenance of our LED lighting products on soffits of residential and commercial buildings.**
We are looking for a Subcontractor preferably a someone with Roofer or Slider or Electrical experience to join our team. This will be a sub-contractor position responsible for estimates, service work, quoting, and the installation of our product.
You MUST be comfortable working at heights over 30 feet, be physically fit, to do what it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied with your work,.
Training is provided. Experience with a product similar to ours is considered an asset. Installers that hold quality control as a core function of their work will be given priority.
- Own Vehicle, ladders and tools
- WSIB
- Insurance with minimum $2million coverage
- Committed to go into a long term partnership.
- Willing to travel for 3 days to Calgary for training.
Schedule:
- 10 to 12-hour shift
- Approximately 80 - 90hr work week in peak seasons
Any of this Experience:
- Roofing experience
- Siders experience
- Electrical experience
- General contractor experience
Payment: Piecework based
- $3.5-4.0 per linear feet. average linear feet per job is 150LF. A job takes an average of 6 hours to complete. So about $600 per home on average
**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
