The high demand for our services in and around the Toronto market means we need passionate and motivated renovation contractors to bring our design team’s creative vision to life. We help homeowners love their homes more, and we also work with real estate agents to prep homes for sale.
- Is a Jack-of-All-Trades with the ability to do hands-on work
- Has a solid knowledge of residential renovation process
- Can lead a small team of trades people
- Shows great interpersonal and communication skills with clients and tradespeople
- Can schedule work and order material as required.
- Has estimating experience
- Comes to work with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record with residential renovations: 5 + years’ experience
- A truck with all the tools
- Think outside the box
- Tenacious self-starter
- Computer savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Etobicoke and Toronto West
- North York to Richmond Hill
- Don Mills, Beaches to Scarborough

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Renovations: 5 years (preferred)
