This is one contract based job and more contracts will be assigned as per need and suitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and complete renovations tasks assigned on site
- Ensure safety, quality of work and
- Move material and clean up the work area as required
- Communicate effectively with workers, sub-contractors, and clients
- Ensure that materials and equipment are properly used and maintained
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in residential construction as a foreman preferred
- Rough framing, concrete construction/masonry, restoration/renovation experience **is a MUST**:

- **Framing Carpentry Experience is a MUST**:

- Experience performing all renovations is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of renovations safety, regulations, and standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- **Must have a vehicle **to use for work purposes (preferably a pick up truck) gas allowance will be issued as per use basis

**Salary**: Starting at 27$/per hour, commensurate with experience.
