**Responsibilities**
- Build your own leads and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and overall campaign targets (metrics include but are not limited to; call volume, lead generation, new business booked)
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
- Account Hunting, Account farming, contact discovery, etc.
- Regularly monitor and managing the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.

**Qualifications**
- At least 6 months of experience in fast-paced, customer service or sales position
- Completing/Completed a University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated individual who is deadline-oriented and works well under pressure.
- Must thrive in a targets/metrics driven environment.
- Passionate about sales, and wants to make a career in the IT sales industry.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
