We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct negotiations and prepare proposals to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful project delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a strong understanding of sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing tools to support outreach efforts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Ability to develop strategic plans based on market analysis and client needs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
