**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product development.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
