Administrative Officer

Gold Leaf is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative officer to join our team. As an administrative officer, you will be responsible for providing support to the daily operations of our company, with a focus on managing our company benefits and pension plan, as well as assisting with various Human Resources duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing company benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, and retirement plans
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to company benefits and pension plans
- Liaising with external vendors and providers to ensure smooth administration of benefits and pension programs
- Assisting with various Human Resources duties, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating employee training and development programs
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintaining electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, with experience in managing employee benefits and pension plans preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to employee benefits and pension plans is preferred
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
