Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.

The **HR Administrator** supports the Human Resource Department to successfully execute all aspects of Human Resource administrative functions. This position maintains a high level of professionalism which includes the highest level of confidentiality and empathy when supporting our internal and external guests.

**Duties**
- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- Provides administrative support to all members of the HR team; maintaining office efficiency.
- Provides exceptional customer service to Pack Members; responds to inquiries, schedules appointments with the appropriate HR Pack Members as necessary.
- Keeps HR areas organized and monitors cleanliness, including filing cabinets and storage spaces.
- Completes all filing with accuracy.
- Maintains Pack Member communication.
- Assists with recruiting; sorts resumes, schedules interviews, completes employment references.
- Prepares for HR training and orientation
- Creates branded posters for Pack Member events.
- Works with Payroll Manager to complete benefit and payroll enrollment.
- Oversees Pack Member recognition programs.
- Analyzes guest survery reports on a monthly basis.
- Participates in corporate events including parties, charity events, and job fairs.
- Responsible for the promotion of a safe workplace which is achieved by understanding the obligations listed in the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all matters discussed in the Human Resources office and elsewhere on property.
- Ensures guests are greeted and acknowledged consistently; adhering to the 10/5 Rule. Communicates with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintains Pack Member uniforms including acquisition, maintenance and distribution.
- Maintains office supply inventory and HR items

**Qualifications**
- Human Resources Degree or Diploma; currently working towards attaining a CHRP Designation.
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in an office environment; preferably in HR.
- Has superior time management and multitasking skills with the ability to remain flexible to assist with unexpected projects.
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
- Understands HR processes and procedures and can deliver clear information to Pack Members and general public inquiries.
- Excellent verbal communicator - speaks clearly and provides appropriate amounts of information to answer general questions. Is able to present all answers in a positive manner. Possesses exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.

**Physical Requirements**
- Able to lift up to 20lbs and able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

**Experience**:
