**Embrace your true self** by unfolding your expertise within the team of our division Specialty Products Group (Plastic):
- Enter into the payroll and human resources system data related to the creation of positions, employee events and payroll validation.
- Act as a resource person to supervisors and employees for questions related to payroll, benefits, HR programs and systems.
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees, and ensure that hiring documents and forms are completed.
- Participate in the coordination and planning of training activities and ensure the entry of data into the training management system.
- Collect, compile and synthesize data from different systems and updates HR dashboards and reports.
- Draft and correct various documents: notices of appointment, presentations, memoranda, etc.
- Please note that this position is located in Kingsey Falls**_
