As the HR Manager, you will inspire and guide strategic and operational HR initiatives, serving as a collaborative partner.
With curiosity and an open mind, you'll work together with local leaders,
fostering a culture of trust and engagement while aligning with our global HR vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong partnerships with management to understand, address, and anticipate evolving business needs through open communication and empathy.
Champion global HR strategies and co-create site-specific solutions that encourage innovation and
growth.
Lead workforce and succession planning, as well as budgeting, with curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
Care for our teams by managing the full recruitment cycle, promoting our employer brand, and ensuring welcoming, inclusive onboarding experience.
Ensure smooth, accurate payroll and HR administration, with a special focus on supporting North American employees with diligence and compassion.
Design and nurture employee engagement and retention programs that celebrate individual strengths and
encourage collaboration across teams.
Support performance management by coaching leaders with care and empowering employees to realize
their potential.
Navigate employee relations and conflict resolution with courage, empathy, and a solutions-focused
mindset.
Provide thoughtful, value-driven guidance to management on all people-related matters.
Conduct workplace investigations and manage sensitive processes with integrity, discretion, and care.
Continuously improving HR systems and processes through curiosity, ensuring data is reliable and decisions are insight-driven.
Prepare insightful HR reports and analyze key metrics to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Champion compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies, staying curious and vigilant about regulatory changes.
Lead and uplift the local HR team, fostering a culture of courage, collaboration, curiosity, and care.
Drive cultural transformation, modeling integrity and inspiring others to embrace change with courage and openness.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years' experience in an HR Manager or Director role (USA & Canada), with proven leadership and
collaboration skills.
Solid knowledge of labor law, talent development, and HR systems, combined with intellectual curiosity.
Excellent communication and advisory abilities, guided by empathy and care.
