**Position Details**:
This Administrative/Receptionist position is currently part time (1 - 5pm Monday to Friday) with the opportunity for full time hours February through May each year.
**Compensation & Perks**:
- $21-$25 per hour + Vacation pay

- 4-day work week during summer months
**Responsibilities**:
- Reception / Customer Service
- Answering telephones and greeting clients in a courteous professional manner
- Arranging client meetings and sending out signature packages
- Data entry including maintaining of databases
- Creating and maintaining of client files
- Faxing-photocopying-scanning documents
- Compiling client documentation
- Checking/assembling personal tax returns
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Organizing the signing of documents via DocuSign
- Arranging couriers
- Maintaining and monitoring office supply inventory, ordering supplies as necessary
- General Office Administrative support
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to manage priorities and to multitask
- Previous experience in an Accounting Office environment is preferred
- Capacity to work extra hours in the months of February, March and April would be a significant asset.

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
