- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Utilize electronic medical records systems such as Epic for patient data entry and retrieval
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with insurance verification and billing tasks
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed

*Experience*
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Familiarity with MicroSoft Office & Jane software is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Front Desk Medical Receptionist is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$24.68 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
