**Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to**
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Copying and faxing documents
- Opening client files (including data entry)
- Receiving payments to Trust and General
- Managing calendars
- Booking appointments and consultations
- Ordering office supplies
- Light housekeeping
- Photocopying, faxing, and sending bills and correspondences
- General office related tasks
- Other typical law firm duties as they arise.

**Required Skills and Proficiencies.**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Reliable and able to work with mínimal direction and instructions.
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Manage, organize, and prioritize work independently
- Take initiative and have a strong work ethic
- Highly organized with precise attention to details

Pay: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
