**Job Title**: Restaurant General Manager

**Location**: Ontario, Bolton

We’re a new restaurant bistro, casual bistro dining restaurant renowned for a unique concept bringing good food and unique cocktails to the community as well as a private event space. Passion drives our team, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader to bring our vision to life from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations across all areas—front of house, back of house, and service floor
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage staff schedules, monitor attendance, and handle payroll data
- Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and cost control initiatives
- Monitor financial performance—sales, labor, P&L, budgets—and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health codes, and alcohol/hazard regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain an exceptional dining experience
- Support marketing strategies, promotions, local partnerships, and guest loyalty programs
- Maintain facility and equipment upkeep and enforce safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

**Required**:

- 3+ years in restaurant management (GM or Assistant GM), with staff leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen—budgeting, cost controls, P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to recruit/train staff and build a customer-focused team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software

**Preferred**:

- Degree/diploma in hospitality/business
- Experience opening or turning around a restaurant operation
- Experience in fine dining/casual
