Toronto Life Financial Group, a leading insurance brokerage, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll assist with the administration of life insurance policies, group benefits plans, and day-to-day office operations. **Position Overview**:
**Company Name**: Toronto Life Financial Group
**Position Type**: Part-Time
**Hourly Rate**: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
**Set Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
**Additional Hours**: Must be available to work extra hours as needed.

1. Life Insurance Administration
2. Group Benefits Administration
3. CRM Tool Utilization
4. General Administrative Support
5. Client Servicing

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with **CRM systems** and/or insurance management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexible to work **additional hours as needed** to meet business requirements.

**Compensation**:

- **Hourly rate**: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- **Set hours**: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for additional hours when required.
