**Position: Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper**
**Type: Full-Time**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper** to join our team. This is a full-time, position working with multiple companies across various bookkeeping and administrative functions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and **ability to work independently**:

- Proven ability to **manage deadlines** and adapt to shifting priorities
- Solid understanding of **basic accounting principles**, including:

- Receiving and processing payments
- Invoicing
- Deposits
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with the following software is **required**:

- **QuickBooks**:

- **Sage**:

- **Microsoft Excel & Outlook**:

- Comfortable working in a **paperless, fully electronic environment**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Data entry and account management for multiple companies
- Electronic filing and recordkeeping
- Supporting financial reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Communication with clients or vendors as needed
