Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office organization and order supplies as needed
- Assist with clerical duties to support office operations
- Assist the Corporate Services Team with entering timecards, accounts payable data entry

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
