**Job Profile**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant at the Saskatoon Club plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional support to both members and staff. This role is primarily administrative with a strong customer service focus, ensuring that communications, scheduling, and organizational needs are met promptly and professionally.

From managing correspondence and maintaining records to assisting with scheduling and member inquiries, this position helps ensure the Club operates efficiently and that members receive timely, accurate, and friendly service.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Administrative Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and department heads as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assist with preparation of reports, meeting materials, and communications.
- Manage schedules, coordinate rooM/Facility bookings, and update calendars.
- Process mail, deliveries, invoices, and other routine administrative tasks.
- Support onboarding and administrative documentation for new members.

**Reception & Member Support**
- Greet members, guests, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area as clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide basic information about Club services, amenities, and upcoming events.
- Direct members and guests to appropriate staff or locations.

**Event & Coordination Support**
- Assist with event setup tasks such as signage, name tags, and registration lists.
- Coordinate AV requirements and liaise with service providers when needed.
- Provide administrative support to event planning and execution as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or office support required.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new software.
- Friendly and approachable, with a professional demeanor.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in hospitality or member-service environments considered an asset.

**Schedule & Availability**
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Hours vary depending on flow of business
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
