pub that takes care of guests dining in, as well as picking up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a strong leader for your team. Lead by example. Inspire. Instill in

your team the idea that guest satisfaction is top priority and will lead
to more business coming through our doors.
- Address and rectify staff issues, complaints and suggestions.
- Hiring with the assistance of the Human Resources Manager. Build a

strong team.
- Responsible for the management, motivation, dismissal and

scheduling of bar and serving staff as necessary.
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports our core values

warmth, graciousness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism,
integrity and having fun.
- Deal with contractors, vendors, maintenance personal in a way that

represents the company well.
- Bridge communication between the kitchen staff and the serving staff

and ensure there is a healthy working relationship.
- Manage revenue and expenses.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2Z 3V7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 5 years (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
- Restaurant: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Proserve (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
