**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant General Manager role located in Calgary, AB. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including P&L & inventory management, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, budgeting, and hiring.

**Qualifications**
- P&L Management and Budgeting skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Service
- Strong skills in recruitment and team building
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Effectively motivate, train, and manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a QSR Restaurant General Manager is a **MUST**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Able to adapt to changing demands, manage peak periods, and handle unexpected situations.
- Quickly identify and address issues that arise, such as customer complaints, staff shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Highly proficient in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
