**About Us**
Synergea is a holistic health clinic in Calgary offering chiropractic care, massage therapy, counselling, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy and complementary services. Our mission is to provide exceptional, patient focused care in a welcoming and collaborative environment. We’re looking for a friendly and organized **Front Desk Receptionist** to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle direct billing to insurance providers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support practitioners and administrative staff with day-to-day operations.
- Assist with patient intake forms, documentation, and confidentiality protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous reception or administrative experience (healthcare or clinic setting an asset).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software (experience with Jane App an asset).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
