Front Desk Receptionist/ Clinical Assistant

**Position Overview**
Do you love people? Are you interested in Aesthetics? We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and professional **Part-Time Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of Skinfluence. In this role, you'll manage front desk duties, assist with keeping things organised, and occasionally support our physician injector with cosmetic injectable procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and ensure a smooth, exceptional experience
- Manage client documentation and communications
- Provide occasional clinical support during cosmetic treatments
- Assist with clinical note-taking and maintain accurate records

**Key Responsibilities**
**Patient Care**
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
- Provide clear pre
- and post-treatment instructions to patients, ensuring full understanding.
**Clinical Operations (occasional)**
- Gather patient history related to concerns and expectations, and communicate findings to the physician.
- Assist the physician during injectable treatments.
- Document treatment details and maintain accurate records using clinic electronic systems.
- Take and upload before-and-after photos to patient files.
- Keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and ready for patient use at all times.
**Administrative Tasks**
- Support front desk operations, including reception duties and client communications.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Background in customer service, front desk reception, and/or sales.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to take initiative, offer suggestions, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly ethical, professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while providing outstanding client care.
- Clinical assisting experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a similar setting is an asset
**Hours**
- Part-time position; evening and Saturday availability required; specific hours to be discussed during the interview.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
Additional pay:
